Ordering.
If you are ordering an 'Off the Peg' design that you see exactly as it is on the site and you don't require any adjustments, then it's as simple as just adding to your basket and checking out.
To order a design on Crystal-Jewels that requires some colour or bead changes to fit in with your needs, please contact us through our contact form, with the design name and detailing all the changes you require.
To order a bespoke design that you can not see on Crystal-Jewels, please contact us via the contact form and share with us you ideas for your dream accessories and tiaras. This process takes longer than 'normal' ordering process, as we will be working with you to create the perfect designs for you. We advise that you do this no later than 8 weeks before your wedding day to insure enough time is given.
Dispatch Times
During the months of September to April we give a 4 week dispatch time on all orders, including Bespoke designs once the design has been finalised. Although most orders are dispatched before this. Months May to August are a very busy time for Crystal-Jewels and the despatch time can be up to 6 weeks, depending on the design you have requested. If you are unsure of the dispatch times or if you will be able to order in time for your wedding, please contact us. Priority Orders. We do offer a 'Rush Order' service. If you require your order urgently, within a 2 week time frame please feel free to contact us at discuss
Postage & Packaging.
All orders are sent in a presentation box, wrapped in tissue paper and via 1st class recorded delivery. If you would like your order sent via Special Delivery please let us know.

Returns are accepted but must follow the below returns policy.
- Please notify us within 5 working days of receipt of your design. And must be within 10 working days of receipt of posting.
- Design must be in EXACTLY the same condition as it was shipped out in. Unworn and undamaged, in original packaging.
- No returns will be accepted once your wedding date has passed.
- If you return your design for amendments or a replacement then a 25% fee will be taken from your refund for materials used to create your bespoke design.
