A few people have recently asked me if I used to trade under a different company name. The answer is yes! Many moons ago Crystal Jewels was known as Wedding Design by April. I set up my business originally back in 2002/2003. After a couple of years of trading I decided to take a break from it all and focus on all the other aspects of my life. In 2007 I thought it was time to get back to doing what I love and decided to re-launch and rebrand. That’s when Crystal Jewels was born. Although I didn’t officially start trading again until 2008. So whilst the name Crystal Jewels has only been around for about 2 years I have been designing and creating hand crafted jewellery and tiaras for around 8 years. 

The changes to Crystal Jewels don’t stop there!!

As of June 2010 Crystal Jewels is going to have a shiny new business partner by the name of  Sean Price and will become Crystal Jewels LTD!  Sean and I have known each other for a good few years and I am over the moon that one of my dearest friends will be part of Crystal Jewels as we move forward.  As well as Sean being the new kid on the block at Crystal Jewels he also owns another company, iBox Security ltd, which designs and maintains Crystal Jewels website in addition to performing network security audits, penetration testing and consulting on various aspects of the IT industry.

That’s a little insight into the changes behind the scenes BUT there are also a few that you can see going on, on the website.

For starters Crystal Jewels’ website has had a face lift. A lovely new shopping basket function has been added to help make ordering your bespoke designs from us a lot easier. For the Facebook addicts of you there are now Facebook ‘LIKE’ buttons added to each product page. So if you see a design that you like you can share it with all of your wonderful Facebook friends. 

Just some of the new features coming soon include:

• Refer a friend so you can SAVE money on purchases at Crystal Jewels every time you refer a customer who purchases one of our lovely designs.

• IMMEDIATE 10% DISCOUNT when you join our newsletter which will contain semi regular updates and include discounts, compititions and more.

• A Wider range of products available through our online store.
